Rude customer services. I went to that location five time this month and I loved it. Today they go very busy and I got wrong order handed by the team. We asked if this is our order they mentioned it is. But it was actually a wrong order instead of apology I got a very rude response for the team saying it is our fault when we clearly asked it before taking it. We know team are very young and no one was supporting them or mentoring them it was a very with no support from management team.

I wanted to share my experience at this location. I drove 20 minutes to get there and arrived at approximately 9:25 PM. I waited patiently in the drive-thru line with two cars ahead of me because the drive-thru speaker was not working. When it was finally my turn to order, the employee at the window told me, “I know you’ve been waiting in line, but we’re closed now.” By that time, it was only 9:32 PM, and there were no cars behind me. I understand the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM, but since I was already in line before closing time and had been waiting due to the speaker issue, I feel I should have been served. This was very disappointing and felt like poor customer service.

What a perfect treat after a day at Six Flags. Great staff. Good prices. Great taste! Their flavors don't have that weird taste like so many commercial snowcone places do. The drive-thru seems more accessible for walk-up, but team really goes the extra mile. This will be a stop from now on after hot day activities in the area.

It was my first time going to bahama bucks and it didn’t disappoint! it was soo yummy and refreshing for a hot day 😋 even started rewards points bc i will be back for more

A year 'round snowcone place! Very clean, the employees were helpful. The snowcones are pretty big. My wife felt her mango smoothie could have been a little sweeter but otherwise really liked it.
